Kindergarten

Hi! I’m Myá Anderson, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Kindergarten Team here at Alice West Fleet Elementary. I recently relocated from San Antonio, TX, where I taught Pre-K for three years. Outside of school, I enjoy trying new foods, traveling, and binge-watching my favorite shows and movies. In the classroom, my goal is to create opportunities for student victories and celebrating them —small or big. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive classroom where every student feels capable, valued, and excited about learning. I’m thrilled to be part of the Fleet community. Go Falcons!

Hi! I’m Tayiba Rehman, and I teach kindergarten at Fleet Elementary! I’m a proud APS graduate and attended APS schools from pre-K through 12th grade, including Patrick Henry (now Alice West Fleet). My favorite part of teaching is creating a warm, joyful classroom where students feel happy and excited to learn each day. When I’m not teaching, I love reading, going on long walks, and exploring local coffee shops!
